VloggiAI operates as a technology platform that enables partners to create their own AI-powered content creation solutions through our APIs and infrastructure.

Partner Program & Reseller Model

Partner Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Partners create and maintain their own user-facing platforms
• Monetization: Partners are solely responsible for pricing, billing, and revenue collection from their end users
• Customer Support: Partners provide primary customer support to their end users
• Compliance: Partners ensure compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdictions
• Content Moderation: Partners implement appropriate content policies and moderation
• Data Protection: Partners comply with privacy laws applicable to their users

VloggiAI Responsibilities

• API Infrastructure: Maintain reliable and scalable API services
• AI Technology: Provide cutting-edge AI models and capabilities
• Technical Support: Offer technical assistance for API integration and usage
• Platform Updates: Continuously improve and update our technology stack
• Security: Maintain enterprise-grade security and data protection

Revenue Model

API Usage Terms

Acceptable Use

• Use APIs only for legitimate business purposes
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas
• Implement proper error handling and retry logic
• Maintain API keys and credentials securely
• Provide accurate usage reporting and billing information

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
• Using our services for illegal or harmful content generation
• Circumventing usage limits or security measures
• Sharing API credentials with unauthorized parties
• Creating competing AI services using our technology

Service Levels

Intellectual Property

VloggiAI IP

VloggiAI retains all rights to our AI models, algorithms, platform technology, and related intellectual property. Partners receive a limited license to use our APIs and services.

Partner Content

Partners retain ownership of their original content and applications. Content processed through our APIs remains owned by the Partner or their end users, subject to ourPrivacy Policy.

Generated Content

AI-generated content created using our platform is owned by the Partner or their end user who initiated the generation, subject to applicable laws and our content policies.

Liability & Warranties

Limitation of Liability

VloggiAI's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Partner in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify VloggiAI against claims arising from their use of our services, their platform operations, or their end-user relationships.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, Partners must cease using our APIs and may request data export within 30 days, subject to our data retention policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
