These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VloggiAI's platform, APIs, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VloggiAI operates as a technology platform that enables partners to create their own AI-powered content creation solutions through our APIs and infrastructure.
Our clients operate as "Partners" who build their own platforms and are responsible for monetizing their services. We provide the underlying AI technology and infrastructure.
Usage-Based Fees: We collect fees based on API usage, including:
Detailed pricing is provided in your Partner Agreement and may vary based on usage volume and service tier.
VloggiAI retains all rights to our AI models, algorithms, platform technology, and related intellectual property. Partners receive a limited license to use our APIs and services.
Partners retain ownership of their original content and applications. Content processed through our APIs remains owned by the Partner or their end users, subject to ourPrivacy Policy.
AI-generated content created using our platform is owned by the Partner or their end user who initiated the generation, subject to applicable laws and our content policies.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. Partners are responsible for their own platforms and end-user relationships.
VloggiAI's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Partner in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Partners agree to indemnify VloggiAI against claims arising from their use of our services, their platform operations, or their end-user relationships.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, Partners must cease using our APIs and may request data export within 30 days, subject to our data retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
